When the developers at Villas Ventures, Inc. approached KSD about rebranding their lakeside real estate development they inquired what we knew about the location. Our answer: it’s near Lake Cumberland, but beyond that, nothing. As they drove us into the secluded and scenic community, we quickly understood their desire to tell the world their secret.
Developing the brand story for the Villas at Woodson Bend — an exclusive gated community of beautiful, professionally-designed patio and single-family homes, condominiums, and duplexes nestled deep into the last bend of the Big South Fork of the Cumberland River — included designing the graphic identity, website, brochure, video, and more.
