How do we position a community for business growth?

When rebranding the Russell County (Kentucky) Industrial Development Authority, KSD recognized that the organization was offering more than just property development — they were extending opportunity for growth in a thriving community capable of supporting investment on many levels. Envisioning a productive bee hive, we showcased the interconnectivity of Russell County — including its successful existing businesses, robust infrastructure, workforce-focused education and training facilities, local resources, ready workforce, and tight-knit communities — to create a compelling and inviting proposition.

The solution included reimagining and repositioning the entire county as the Lake Cumberland Regional Industrial Complex. The slogan “Make It Here” gave the brand a strong call to action, suggesting tangible production and the promise of success in Russell County.
