At their annual convention in Lexington, the statewide auctioneers organization awarded Century21 Godby Realty & Auction Co., Inc. Best Website and Best Television Advertisement in Kentucky for 2005.

“We had a real need,” said Julie Hamilton, office manager for Century21 Godby Realty & Auction Co., Inc. “National statistics show that more than 80% of people who are in the market to buy real estate are going on-line to start the process. We had a website, but we knew that we needed a complete overhaul to better tell our story and improve the usability of the site. We called Kirby and his group to begin working with us.”
“The new website has so much information about the area as well as our company and listings. Many people have told us they love the fact that they can access any listing on MLS from our site, not just our Century21 Godby listings,” said Hamilton. “Our listings are updated twice a day so all the information is current.”
“Because we had been so pleased with their work on the website, we asked Kirby’s team to create a set of television ads for our agency for the local market,” said Hamilton. “Many people we talk to in the community have commented on the commercials’ professional look and how the music and Dad’s chant in the background really get your attention and make you feel the excitement of an auction.”
