Fun In AND Out of the Water!
Lake Cumberland and a wide variety of outdoor recreational and leisure activities are important draws to this vacation community in southeastern Kentucky. However, there are many other attractions, activities and events that further differentiate Somerset and Pulaski County as a unique destination for vacationers — including Civil War history, classic car shows, music festivals, art and craft shows, a water park, five golf courses, two vineyards and more.
New Mexico's Newest
One of New Mexico's oldest telecommunications providers — LEACO — partnered with KSD to rebrand its wireless telephone service. Following market research and focus-group testing, KSD worked with the client to develop and launch NMobile, New Mexico's newest wireless service. The project included naming, graphic identity, signage, website, marketing, brochures and in-store point-of-purchase materials, among others.
Energizing a Brand and Website
With a new idea for putting cleaner energy into America's electrical grid, Wellhead Energy Systems turned to KSD to help tell their story. KSD designed a company website, information graphics for the product, and branding for their innovative energy conversion stations: GridFox.™
SOMERSET, Ky. (December 17, 2012) — Somerset-Pulaski County Convention & Visitor’s Bureau continues to be recognized for statewide marketing excellence with its recent rebranding campaign, “Lake Cumberland: Fun In and Out of the Water.”
The bureau received four awards in the 2012 Kentucky Travel Industry Association’s (KTIA) Traverse Awards for Excellence in Tourism Marketing competition. Announced in October during KTIA’s annual conference, the awards recognize extended branding efforts led by Kirby Stephens Design in Somerset.
